The Traditional Appalachian Musical Heritage Association
was formed in 2001 as a not-for-profit organization
dedicated to ensuring that the rich heritage of
traditional music of southern Appalachia
will be understood and celebrated by
people in our region and
throughout the world.


* To Preserve and document Traditional Music of the southern Appalachain Region.

* To Present traditional Appalachain music through performances and educational programs.

* To promote and expand opportunities for participation in traditional Appalachain music.
